How Long Does Therapy Last?
Each individual session runs for 50 minutes for individuals and 90 minutes for Couples. Sessions usually take place once a week or once every fortnight. Short term therapy is usually 10-12 sessions but this varies from one client to another. A review will take place at session 5 to assess how you are doing and to explore any adjustments that may need to take place. Long term therapy is client dependent and will continue as long as you need.
